WHO:

All students going into 6th-8th grades for the 2026-2027 school year. 

You may have noticed that 6th graders can go to Middle School Camp and to Kids Day Camp. Do what makes the most sense for your family and your child. If you would like your child to attend both, great! If they are not ready for an overnight camp, then day camp is a perfect option! If they are ready, we would LOVE to have them! 

WHAT:

The mission at Hidden Haven is to teach the word of God to our youth, show them the way of salvation, and equip them to live their lives for God.

WHERE:

Hidden Haven Christian Camp is located 3 hours south of Manhattan in Thayer, KS. There's a refreshing pool, giant waterslide, campfires, great friends, trails, mini-golf, you name it. For more information on the camp check out their website. 

WHEN:

Sunday, June 14th- Friday, June 19th, 2026.

HOW MUCH:

A total of $235 per student with the early bird discount until April 1, then jumps to $260 per student. $60 to secure your spot.

PAYMENT PLAN SCHEDULE:

When you register - $60 non-refundable deposit due. 

March 3 - $50 non-refundable payment due

April 21 - $50 non-refundable payment due

May 26 - $75 non-refundable final payment

REGISTRATION:

Registration is open, but don't wait! Use the links to register/pay the deposit and fill out the medical release form.

In order to be completely registered you must complete the following:

1. A CVYM 2026 Medical Release Form.

2. Fill out the registration form and make the $60 deposit to save your spot or pay in full depending on your budget!

If you need financial assistance WE WANT TO HELP!

There is an application process and a limited amount of funds, so we cannot guarantee that you will receive financial help if you apply. 

If you would like to GIVE to help students go to camp you can do that online HERE! You will designate it as Youth and Children Scholarship Fund. You can also give by cash or check. Simply write Camp Scholarship Fund in the memo (for check) or on the envelope (for cash).

You will be required to register and to pay the initial non-refundable deposit BEFORE you apply for a scholarship.

Only one application needed per family.

The application is open. Applications will be due May 1st. Applications will then be reviewed and finalized. You will then receive an email with the amount of scholarship money you have received. Note: it may be less money than you requested.
